Value voucher

The voucher is issued to a named person or bearer upon payment (PDF in printable format, paper form delivery)

1. The voucher can only be redeemed at Old Town Haston after making a reservation and receiving email confirmation from the reservations department. Reservations are subject to availability and voucher verification. Tel: +48 71 748 37 00 or by email at hotel@hastonoldtown.pl
2. The voucher must be used in one transaction, upon presenting the voucher at reception or by making a direct reservation at the facility.
3. Voucher redemption is subject to the terms applicable to the sale of the specific service, according to prices and conditions valid at the time of purchase.
4. The voucher can be redeemed at Old Town Haston within the scope specified in the voucher or up to the amount stated on the voucher.
5. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. The voucher holder is obliged to pay the price difference on site in cash or by card if the value of the service provided exceeds the voucher value or if the voucher’s scope does not cover it.
7. Without Old Town Haston's consent, the voucher may not be used for promotion and advertising purposes (including as a prize in contests, lotteries, etc.); use of photos and the Old Town Haston trademark is prohibited.
8. The hotel reserves the right to refuse voucher redemption if a) the voucher validity period has expired, b) the voucher is damaged preventing reading of the data on the voucher, and the voucher is not listed in the voucher sales register maintained by the company.
9. The hotel reserves the right to refuse reservations during special dates specified in the voucher offer.
