§ 1
- The regulations define the rules for providing services, liability, and staying on the premises of HASTON OLD TOWN and are an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay at HASTON OLD TOWN. By performing the aforementioned actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of the Regulations.
- The regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of HASTON OLD TOWN.
- The regulations are available for viewing at the Reception and also on the HASTON OLD TOWN website at www.hastonoldtown.pl
§ 2
- The room in HASTON OLD TOWN is rented per night.
- The day lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. the next day.
- A reservation at HASTON OLD TOWN can be made by phone, by e-mail at aparthotel@hastonoldtown.pl, in person at the HASTON OLD TOWN Reception, or through a dedicated accommodation booking portal.
- The Guest of HASTON OLD TOWN is required to present an identity document to the HASTON OLD TOWN employee before check-in. In case of refusal, HASTON OLD TOWN has the right to refuse the Guest's check-in.
- If the Guest does not specify the stay duration when renting the room, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one night.
- A request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to the Reception by 12:00 p.m. on the day when the rental period expires. HASTON OLD TOWN accommodates extension requests as far as availability permits.
- Payment for the stay in HASTON OLD TOWN is collected at the moment of Guest check-in.
- HASTON OLD TOWN reserves the right to charge a credit card preauthorization or cash deposit equal to the amount for the entire stay at check-in.
- HASTON OLD TOWN permits the stay of pets according to the applicable price list, provided prior approval for the pet's stay is obtained (during the reservation process).
- HASTON OLD TOWN reserves the right to refuse admission of animals at any time without giving a reason.
- The pet owner bears full financial and legal responsibility for damages caused by their pet to other persons, to HASTON OLD TOWN property, and other Guests.
- The pet owner is obliged to cover the costs related to repair or cleaning in case of soiling the interior of the apartment (including carpets, mattresses, or other equipment). The valuation is made by HASTON OLD TOWN.
§ 3
- HASTON OLD TOWN provides services according to its category and standard, ensuring Guest satisfaction. In case of any objections concerning service quality, the Guest is asked to report them immediately at the Reception to enable the HASTON OLD TOWN staff to respond properly.
- While providing services, HASTON OLD TOWN is obliged to ensure:
- conditions for full and unrestricted relaxation of the Guest,
- the safety of the stay, including the confidentiality of information about the Guest,
- professional and courteous service,
- room cleaning and necessary repairs during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only when such a request is expressed. Bed linen is changed on the third day of the Guest's stay. An additional bed linen change upon request involves an extra charge of 50 PLN.
- Upon the GUEST's request, HASTON OLD TOWN provides the following services free of charge:
- providing information related to the stay and travel,
- wake-up calls at the time specified by the Guest,
- safe keeping of money and valuables during the Guest's stay in the deposit (value up to 10,000 PLN, or equivalent in other currencies),
- storage of luggage for Guests checked into HASTON OLD TOWN, with the reservation that HASTON OLD TOWN may refuse to accept luggage for storage outside the Guest’s stay period and items that do not bear the characteristics of luggage or luggage which, due to their properties or size, prevent storing them in unimpaired condition.
- Minors under the age of 18 on the premises of HASTON OLD TOWN should be under constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians bear material responsibility for any damage to equipment and technical devices caused by minors.
- Selected areas of HASTON OLD TOWN are monitored.
§ 4
- HASTON OLD TOWN is responsible for the loss and damage of items brought by persons using its services to the extent specified by the Civil Code, unless the parties have agreed otherwise.
- HASTON OLD TOWN is responsible for the loss or damage of money, securities, valuables, or items of scientific or artistic value only if these items have been deposited in the Reception deposit.
§ 5
- The Guest should notify the Reception immediately after identification of any damage.
- The Guest bears material responsibility for any damage and destruction of items, equipment, and technical devices at HASTON OLD TOWN caused by their fault and/or the fault of their visitors.
- The Guest is financially responsible for the damage caused, not object-wise – the Guest cannot independently buy damaged items.
§ 6
- Quiet hours in the rooms are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day.
- The behavior of Guests and persons using the services of HASTON OLD TOWN should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests. HASTON OLD TOWN may refuse to continue providing services to persons violating this rule.
- Solicitation and street sales, leaving advertising and electoral materials, as well as gambling activities are prohibited in HASTON OLD TOWN.
- Guests are not permitted to make any changes to the furniture and equipment in the rooms.
§ 7
- A Guest may not transfer the room to third parties, even when intending to leave the room before the paid stay period has ended.
- Persons not registered at HASTON OLD TOWN may stay in the apartment from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- The Guest is responsible for the behavior of visiting persons.
§ 8
- When leaving the room, the Guest should check that the door is locked and leave the key at the Reception.
- When leaving the room and handing over the key due to the end of the stay at HASTON OLD TOWN, the Guest should carefully check whether they have left personal belongings behind.
- A fee of 100 PLN or an equivalent amount in a currency other than PLN will be charged for a lost key, which the Guest must pay no later than the day of departure.
- For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters, electric irons, and other similar devices not provided as room equipment is prohibited in the apartments.
- A total ban on smoking tobacco and other substances applies in the facility. Penalty for breach of the obligation referred to in point 6. above is 1,000.00 PLN (one thousand zlotys) and is added to the account related to the stay. The Guest is obligated to pay the full amount related to the stay no later than on the day of departure.
- Personal belongings left by a departing Guest in the room will be sent to the address indicated by the Guest at their expense. If there is no such instruction, HASTON OLD TOWN will store these items for 1 month from the date of key handover at the Reception. After this period, uncollected items will be disposed of.
§ 9
- HASTON OLD TOWN has the right to suspend or limit services that would increase the risk to Guests and HASTON OLD TOWN staff (e.g., luggage delivery to rooms, etc.).
- In case of violation of these regulations, HASTON OLD TOWN may refuse further services to the person violating them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with HASTON OLD TOWN’s demands, settle the fees for services used so far, pay for any damage and destruction caused, and leave the premises of HASTON OLD TOWN.
- HASTON OLD TOWN has the right to refuse admission to a Guest who during a previous stay grossly violated the regulations of HASTON OLD TOWN, particularly causing damage to HASTON OLD TOWN’s property or to other Guests or harm to another Guest, employees, or other persons on the premises of HASTON OLD TOWN, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the operation of HASTON OLD TOWN. The right of refusal also applies to persons who refuse to make a statement. All applications and complaints related to the stay should be submitted at the HASTON OLD TOWN Reception.
- It is prohibited to throw into the toilet/sink:
- solid waste that may cause a reduction in sewer pipe throughput, especially fats, glass, plastics, and other substances insoluble in water,
- liquid waste not mixing with water, especially synthetic resins, varnishes, and cement mixtures,
- flammable and explosive substances with a flash point below 85°C, especially gasoline, kerosene, heating oil, carbide, trinitrotoluene,
- corrosive and toxic substances, especially strong acids and bases, formalin, sulfides, cyanides, and solutions of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, and hydrogen cyanide.
Failure to comply with the above prohibitions will result in a penalty of 1000 PLN for each case found, and the Guest will also be charged the costs of unblocking the sewer system.
§ 10
HASTON OLD TOWN informs that the Data Administrator is HB INVEST spółka z o.o. based in Wrocław, ul. Żmigrodzka 242E, 51-131 Wrocław. 1. Regarding personal data protection, the Guest may contact the Administrator by email at: iod@hasco-lek.pl.
2. The Guest’s personal data will be processed:
a) in connection with the performance of the contract for the provision of apartment rental services, based on art. 6 par. 1 point b) GDPR,
b) in connection with the Administrator’s legal obligations, including accounting and tax duties, based on art. 6 par. 1 letter c) GDPR,
c) in connection with the video monitoring system - ensuring the safety of persons and property on the premises of HASTON OLD TOWN, based on art. 6 par. 1 point f) GDPR,
d) upon obtaining an epidemic statement – Covid virus threat, based on art. 6 par. 1 point f) GDPR.
3. If the Guest consents, their personal data will also be processed for marketing purposes, based on art. 6 par. 1 letter a) GDPR.
4. Data will be transferred only to entities authorized to process personal data servicing the administrator or its subcontractors and recipients entitled under legal provisions.
5. Personal data will be stored for the period of:
a) in connection with the performed contract, i.e., provision of hotel services - limitation of claims under the performed contract,
b) in connection with the fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, for 6 years from the end of the year in which the stay ended,
c) in connection with the video monitoring system for 30 days,
d) for 1 year from the end date of the stay,
e) until the consent is withdrawn.
6. The Guest has the right to access their data content and correct, delete, restrict processing, and transfer it, as well as to object to processing. If the data is processed on the basis of consent, the Guest also has the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise the above rights, a request must be sent in writing or electronically to iod@hasco-lek.pl. The Administrator will fulfill the indicated rights unless there are circumstances entitling the Administrator to process the data, about which you will be informed.
7. The Guest has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if the processing of personal data violates the GDPR.
8. Providing personal data by the Guest is voluntary, but necessary for the purposes of processing described above.
9. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries nor processed in an automated manner.
